A couple keys tonight:
Memphis is pretty good at forcing turnovers, and New Orleans has struggled at taking care of the ball, relative to last season. Memphis is also a great defensive rebounding team, offensive rebounding being one of our huge weaknesses this year. So the Grizz actually might have a lot better shot at this game than one might think.
I like the substitutions pace tonight.
He slowly brought the subs in and then gradually took them back out. (I still wonder if Brown/Marks should be getting time over Mo/Ely, but it seems to be working.)
Daniels looks great...
…5 minutes, 2 assists, 1/1 from the field, and just got fouled shooting a three. He seems to have good floor awareness and a willingness to penetrate, a la CP. He could be a season changing pick-up.
i'm not a fan of mars/brown
i hate to complain, i’m just not feeling that duo. i hope brown can continue to play good because at the end of the day, all i want is a hornets win but where is mo and juju. they need to be freed.
Hmm
Ended up getting most of that game through cell phone updates… Saw a little bit on League Pass post finish, at least we got the win.
