Just like the Byron era, we died by the 3. They shot twice as good as us from deep, and that’s your difference.

But from the box score… looks like Mek was unstoppable and West finally had a solid scoring performance, but it looks like the rooks struggled? 4-15/2-7 for Thornton. With his style of play, he’s going to have those kind of nights… especially as a rookie.
only 2 boards for West though...
That is flatout WEAK.

when the Hornets were out-boarding the Kings for much of the game. (The 4th qtr provided the rebounding differential.)

The Kings were really out-boarded with Meka in the game. It was when Meka wasn’t in that the Kings gained an advantage.
