Nice first quarter
Not sure why D. West passed up that wide open jumper at the end of the quarter… unless he was trying to get to the line or maybe he was just surprised to be so open.
Man, Detroit looks lost offensively….. to a much greater extent than last time we saw them. At one point Tayshaun Prince seemed to be making a “what are you doing?/what am I doing?” hand gesture to someone during a play… not sure who.
I don't understand why Byron wants the bench to push the tempo
The bench sucks. The more possessions they use/defend, the more points we give up. It just seems ridiciulous.
Anyways, nice Gil saying: “only Hamilton more valuable than him is the one on the 10 dollar bill”
And considering how stagnant the bench looks in halfcourt sets
He may have a point, but I get what you are saying too.
Blurgh
I was foolish enough to think we had this game in hand when we got up 25-13 or whatever it was….
Same here...
I thought the bench would do a better job than this… misplaced optimism I guess. Still, the Pistons aren’t really playing particularly well.
I think Gil is correct...
The Pistons are playing better because Iverson is not out there.
I think we still have a healthy lead if Iverson never goes out with back spasms.
Let's face it; Allen Iverson is very, very selfish.
They space the court when he’s not out there dribbling around trying to create his own shot.

Looks like his knee hit the ground a bit
Bob says they tied up his leg to stop bleeding. Seems like nothing.
Tyson is a BEAST!
Devin Brown is a basketball God!
Exciting game
David West with the huge rebound. Nice work D. West… and nice work all night by Tyson.
That's a great set of stats.
Plus, Peja had 17, on 3-6 shooting from deep, and over 50% from the field overall, with 5 boards to boot.
Bought four extra tickets just to welcome Tyson back to the Nest!
An awesome cheer for Tyson as he came in the Arena. He rewarded us by grabbing 17 boards and clearing space so everybody else could get 34 more. He altered a lot of shots on defense.
If we trade him we will really regret it, this summer or whenever. Tyson with 9 good toes is better (for our team in particular) than all but 3 or 5 centers in this game. I’d take Dwight Howard and Tim Duncan over him and maybe Nene, David Lee, and Biedrins as equivalent. The others are too slow (Shaq, Yao, Oden, Big Z, Perkins, Dampier), too wimpy (Jermaine, Yao, Sheed), or just suck (Clippers, OKC, Toronto, Washington, etc.).
Nice point
We MUST keep him, get rid of Peja or someone. We need to keep our CORE group not the additions.
New Orleans Hornets: The most inconsistent team in the NBA.
Alex, I'll take elbow facials for $50 please.....
Who is Michael Curry?
