Paul and Okafor can be the next Stockton and Malone

Jeff Bower is most likely correct in his assessment that Okafor's stats will increase when playing with CP3. These two guys both have an incredible work ethic and the Hornets have a supporting cast in Peja and West to really let Okafor and Paul shine. I've written an assessment about the possibility of Paul and Okafor becoming the new age Stockton and Malone (except hopefully with more championship rings than those poor guys).

Okafor is a center who has 1/100ths of the offensive talents Malone possessed. I’ll just stop there. :)

A Paul/West comparison to Stockton/Malone would have been exponentially more apt.

Even then its a stretch

The stockton comparison works well, when all is said and done CP will likely be considered an even greater PG than Stockton was.

But Karl Malone was one of the most dominant players of all-time. David West is an all-star and a great compliment to CP, but he’s not even close to Malone’s level.
