Maybe we could have our own version of Big Z? Holding on to Mohammed until the deadline, trading him for an upgrade, and then hoping he is released so he can come back and sign for the minimum to finish the season as a reliable backup or even starter. I like the potential of this situation.

Charlotte center Nazr Mohammed isn't going to be one of those veteran free agents next summer who changes teams just to chase a championship.

He already has one -- a couple, actually. And he's done changing teams.
