Man,

Collison is great. I guess he was just overshadowed at UCLA by Westbrook and Holliday. Was hoping to see more Marcus Thornton, only heard great things about him.

Thornton with a slow night so far.

Just 2-6 in 16 minutes. Mo Pete, though 6-11 with 16 points is a factor in limiting Thornton’s time.

Whats going on with

Mo Pete shooting the ball this season? He went from being average to god awful this year.

I don't know.

He just doesn’t have it anymore. He is a spot up guy. Like we don’t have enough of THOSE on our team.

Peja, Posey, Mo…yuck

Eh,
the Warriors put up alot of points against almost everybody. However, we generally give up more points than we score. This is a game you guys need to win….

Regardless,

Anthony Tolliver should never have 27 points before the 4th quater. Thats on the defense.

No it's the D.

We cannot stay in front of our man. They are driving by every single time. That opens up the three’s

It's all a crap shoot.

Warriors have no concept of good shot selection. If they hit those shots, they win, if they don’t, they lose. And, well, their record speaks for itself.

by m-W on Mar 17, 2010 11:45 PM CDT up reply actions

Oh yeh I know.

But just watch the on-ball D. Its terrible.

If they hit those shots, they win, if they don’t, they lose.

As far as offensive effincency goes, the Warriors are right around the middle of the pack and the Warriors are really a top flight 3 point shooting team.

And, well, their record speaks for itself.

Shot selection?
Our bigger problem is that we played 8 players and 1 was Deaven George and 3 players were in the D League this season. Injuries and the worst front office in all of sports is the reason we suck.

If they hit those shots, they win, if they don’t, they lose.

This is still true regardless… haha

Neither team has been SUPER efficient on offense per se

Both very, very good, but there’s also been a ton of possessions this game

by Rohan on Mar 17, 2010 11:45 PM CDT reply actions

It was good chatting with you guys.

Hopefully when CP3 gets back you guys can make a serious flurry for the playoffs.

Eh I doubt it

But these GSW games are always fun.

by Rohan on Mar 18, 2010 12:03 AM CDT up reply actions

Not. Fun.

Never fun. But that’s just me. Nellie-ball is just chucking it up. I really, really, don’t see that as fun. 1 in 10 games they hit enough shots to win. We just got caught standing when the music stopped. It’s barely basketball.

by m-W on Mar 18, 2010 12:13 AM CDT up reply actions

Fair enough

I don’t like it when I see good offenses devolve into it either

by Rohan on Mar 18, 2010 12:16 AM CDT up reply actions

Not sure why we went small.

We killed them on the boards early and then eschewed that whole strategy. And lost miserably.

by m-W on Mar 18, 2010 12:30 AM CDT up reply actions

Is it possible

to fire 2 head coaches in a single year? If so, then do it. That way we can have something exciting happen in the doldrums that we call the Hornets’ 09-10 basketball season. The worst part is that we’ll still be god awful next year because we all know that we won’t dump Peja and MoPete, and they sure as hell aren’t going to retire and give up a combined $21 mil guaranteed. Can’t we just hit the reset button somewhere? PLEASE? I just wanna get rid of these bums who do nothing but take up cap space and sit on the court and bench to do absolutely nothing. That’s right James Posey, I’m looking at you. You absolutely suck. You can’t even play defense anymore! GAAHHH, this season is not good….

I wouldn't mind getting half the "love" that the Saints are willing to give Sharper...
