The New Orleans Hornets (1-1) left Los Angeles after Wednesday night's game with a tie in their playoff series with the Lakers (1-1). Even though a victory in Game 2 was clearly in their sights; they have to feel as if they're heading home with an unexpected advantage over the two-time defending champions.
It's good to know that the Hornets don't feel the same way.
"We feel as though we kind of beat ourselves," Hornets guard Jarret Jack said of Game 2. "Take no credit away from them, but we definitely had some mistakes."
