Jamal Mashburn wants to be a part-owner of the Hornets

I thought this was kind of interesting and could make a cool story. More importantly, there are people out there that still want to own the Hornets

And I mean HUGE Jamal Mashburn fan, I’m very much looking forward to this if it happens. It gives me more of a reason to break out my Mashburn jersey for games too.

The typeface makes it look as if Jamal “MASHBUM” is interested in buying into the Hornets. When I reflect back on his last few years here – when he appeared absolutely disinterested in doing anything but shooting long fadeaways – it seems appropriate. Undoubtedly he was a team leader and lynchpin for several years … but he left with a whimper and not a bang. I wish him luck though.
