The frontcourt combo of Ryan Anderson and Robin Lopez led the way with a combined 43 points in a 21-point beatdown of Milwaukee.
Despite getting outrebounded 40-to-37 and allowing 19 offensive boards to the height-challenged Bucks the Hornets played perhaps their best offensive game of the season and won convincingly 102-81 over Milwaukee on Monday night.
Forward Ryan Anderson (22 points on 9-of14 shooting and 7 boards) and center Robin Lopez (21 points on 8-of-10 shooting and a perfect 5-for-5 from the free throw line) led the way for New Orleans (5-11) who snapped a four-game home losing streak.
Milwaukee (8-8) got 25 points from soon-to-be free agent point guard Brandon Jennings and 17 from his backcourt mate Monta Ellis. But the starting frontcourt for the Bucks went a combined 4-of-15 from the field and Milwaukee struggle to find a rhythm all night, with the Hornets holding the Bucks to 31 total second-half points.
More analysis to come in the full recap in the morning as well as hopefully the take from the Bucks' perspective in the next installment of the At The Hive podcast. Until then, thoughts on the victory, Hornets fans?
