I paid a significant amount of money to go watch the Hornets get trashed tomorrow.

After all of that effort to start the season, it finally looks like the lack of talent has caught up with our Hornets.

I really don’t mind Belinelli being benched but Summers is horrible. I can’t stand watching him play the significant amount of minutes that he’s getting.

Deserves a shot. At this point, after they’ve sent Kaman home and made it obvious they’re building for the future, all hands should be on deck and everyone should be an option. And I don’t know if Henry’s any good, yet, or not but I simply can’t stand to see too much more of Summers.

Without Gordon, and with Belinelli sucking… Henry’s about our third SG (or, since Summers is starting, our 4th). So we’re just falling further and further down the depth chart without Gordon.

Those Past Two Posts of Mine

Are why I don’t usually take part in game threads. I get so frustrated with this team sometimes… It seems pretty ironic on a day where we all kind of patted ourselves on the back and convinced ourselves the sky wasn’t falling defensively that the team gives up 120 points tonight. Just not a good defensive showing from our boys.

But, honestly, in this season, with the injuries, low expectations, and draft picks a-waiting, it is just so easy to let it roll off. Anyone who’s ever seen me at a game knows I am a vicious fan, cheering, clapping, and yelling at refs the whole way. But this season, once the final buzzer’s sounded, it’s just like, eh, draft pick.

little chance of Unibrows

If Unibrows is a player who will go in the high lottery, then we have little chance of getting him.

There’s little chance we’ll be picking in the high lottery this year.

Minnesota will most likely land a low lottery pick (if it’s in the lottery at all) and, all it will take is get a handful of wins to separate ourselves from the bottom dwellers which we are pretty sure to accomplish once we get Gordon back. My guess is that we will have the 7th and 13th picks, but it could be worse than that. Minnesota is recovering from injuries and if they roll later this year, it’s not out of the question they’ll bounce us completely out of the lottery…

I wouldn’t pin my hopes on the lottery.
