Spent part of the day thinking through what the Cats would do if they came up with the potential four picks in next years draft. Not really sure where they would put all the youth. We can assume that these players have earned some solid floor time through talent, contract or potential.
- Kemba (3rd year, 23 y.o.)
- Gerald ( veteran, 26 y.o.)
- MKG (2nd year, 20 y.o.)
- Al (veteran, 28 y.o.)
- Cody (rookie, 21 y.o.)
- Biz (maybe?) (3rd year, 21y.o.)
- Taylor (2nd year, 24 y.o.)
You could argue that maybe McBob has earned some love or maybe Sessions. You could also argue that Biz has earned nothing but I think the team is still supporting him and want him in the future plans. (Lets see if he improves with Ewing and Big Al to work with).
Would you want to add 4 more 20 y.o. players to this mix? I think you always want to add talent but I am wondering if there is enough floor time to develop four more players.
