A member of my extended family (aunt's brother-in-law) was one of many Charlotte-tans to attend Game 4 against the Heat. He had fairly good seats about 15 rows back. He was looking around his section and noticed that none other than Jabari Parker sitting about 5 rows ahead of him. He knows for a fact it was him, but couldn't get a good picture to confirm it.
This may not much of much significance if I didn't run into Rich Cho himself in November at the Hilton in Durham. He was on his computer literally for about 6 hours after breakfast. I asked someone what he was doing and he said he came up to scout Jabari Parker, and that him, MJ, and Steve Clifford were in love with this guy.
Jabari Parker is literally the perfect piece missing on our team, and even though drafting him is highly unlikely (no way he falls out of top 5) the HornCats are still courting him by inviting him to Game 4. My question is why?
I know we've heard rumors that The Hornets will be very aggressive this summer, but what if that aggression is also focused on moving up in the draft? If we got Detroit's pick a top 5 team could take both picks and a couple of our players.
What do you guys think?
