The Big Picture: The Milwaukee Bucks made their own moves this trading deadline in hopes of reaching the playoffs, picking up John Salmons in exchange for Hakeem Warrick and RoF patron saint of untapped potential Joe Alexander. It remains to be seen if trading away a super athletic power forward who causes all kinds of matchup problems for opponents off the bench in exchange for a conventional wing shooter will make Milwaukee a more viable playoff contender, but because either way they're just supporting Andrew Bogut and Brandon Jennings anyway, and the team's flow won't change much, it could all be deck chairs.

Key to Victory: Theo Ratliff made a great first impression against Shaquille O'Neal and the Cavaliers last night. We know Nazr Mohammed is no great shakes on defense, and Ratliff is there specifically to play defense and not totally embarrass himself on offense. A Bizarro Nazr, if you will. Let's see what he can do against Bogut, who many people seem to have forgotten about after his injury early in the season.
