I hope you enjoy watching Jannero Pargo because Rick Bonnell reports that the Bobcats will sign him for the remaining eight games of the season.
I'm not big on Pargo, but he's played fairly well for Charlotte in his short stint here. Another eight games won't matter, though I wonder if this means Ramon Sessions won't return to the court before the season is out. The Bobcats had signed Pargo previously for two 10-day contracts, so with the most recent one expiring soon, they had to decide whether to keep him or not.
For the Bobcats in his 10 games thus far, Pargo is averaging 9.4 points, 2.5 assists, 1.1 rebounds, 1 steal and 1.6 turnovers. He's shooting a meek 40.7 percent (even if that is an improvement over his career average) but is shooting well from behind the arc at 38 percent. He's also taking the most shots per 36 minutes of his career, which may be a necessary evil with so many injuries haunting the Bobcats now, I suppose.
In conclusion, eh, whatever.
