Now that the draft is in the rear view mirror, the Bobcats will begin to round out their roster for Summer League in Las Vegas.
Michael Kidd-Gilchrist, Bismack Biyombo, Jeff Taylor and Cody Zeller will be the current players to form most of the starting five for the summer squad, Rick Bonnell reports.
He also says that Kemba Walker wants to practice in Charlotte with the summer leaguers and from there he'll go to the Team USA Basketball mini-camp, as noted in earlier reports.
The Bobcats have also added two undrafted rookies to the summer league, including VCU's Troy Daniels and Syracuse's Brandon Triche.
Triche is a 6'3.5" combo guard with decent basketball IQ and the ability to play both on and off the ball. He's not a great scorer, and his three-point shooting leaves a lot to be desired, not to mention his assist:turnover ratio.
Like Triche, Daniels is also a guard who played all four years of college ball. Daniels is a much better shooter and and a bit taller and a tad less athletic. Yahoo!'s Adrian Wojnarowski reports that the team has agreed to a free agent deal with the Bobcats, though I can't imagine it's guaranteed whatsoever.
