After a relatively uneventful summer that focused on rehabilitation and visiting family in Sweden, Hornets swingman Jeffery Taylor was arrested today on a domestic assault charge.

Taylor was acquired with the 31st pick in the 2012 NBA Draft, and showed decent promise as a 3-and-d player. He was sidelined by torn achilles tendon in December 2013, and has been working hard to get back into form and contribute to an up-and-coming playoff squad.
According to WCNC, Taylor was arrested at the East Lansing Marriott at University Place just after midnight this morning. There are no other details at this time.
