So the Knicks huh? There's really not much to say about this game tonight that hasn't been said. So I guess I'll say it's funny to see another team in that kind of position.
For the longest time, Charlotte was always the team that other people had nothing new to say about. Most people, including myself, wrote this on a daily basis when describing some of those old Bobcats teams. "This is Charlotte, they are really bad on defense, and even worse on offense. As long as Kemba Walker doesn't score a bunch of points tonight then the Bobcats will lose."
I see a lot of that in this Knicks team. I guess it comes with the territory when you're the worst team in the NBA, but that's not why this Knicks team interests me so much. They interest me, because that's what the Bobcats were. An NBA laughingstock that nobody had anything new to say about. "This is the Knicks, they are really bad on offense, and even worse on defense. As long as Carmelo Anthony doesn't score a lot of points tonight (which he won't because he's out with an injury), then the Knicks should lose". I had to change around a couple things there, but it was almost word for word the same as what we used to say about the Bobcats.
None of this is relevant to tonight's game, but it was something that occurred to me as I tried to think of a way to write something new about this Knicks team.
QUICK NEWS: Kemba Walker is OUT tonight, and so is Carmelo Anthony.
So sit down, have a drink, eat some food, and lets chat Hornets.
