Hornets vs Pelicans GameThread

Three-game win streak?

Derick E. Hingle-USA TODAY Sports

The Charlotte Hornets are at home tonight and taking on the New Orleans Pelicans.

The Hornets' last two games were wins against Boston and Orlando without Al Jefferson and Lance Stephenson, although it should be noted that the aforementioned teams aren't particularly good.

Tonight, the Hornets are again without Jefferson and Stephenson, but their competition is the Pelicans, who are a much better team than the Hornets have faced lately.

If the Hornets win tonight, they'll have a three-game win streak under their belts, which, despite the level of their competition, is an impressive feat considering the two giant holes in their starting lineup.
