Charlotte Hornets vs Chicago Bulls GameThread

This is a GameThread. Here, you can talk about tonight's game with other Hornets fans. That's what GameThreads are for.

Sam Sharpe-USA TODAY Sports

The Charlotte Hornets have won four of their last five games, and tonight's matchup against the Chicago Bulls threatens to slow their quest of getting to the playoffs.

The Bulls aren't great like they've been in years past, but they're still a very good basketball team. They're one of the few teams in the eastern conference with decent depth, and that may impact the Hornets' own bench which has been stellar this season. And to top things off, this game is in Chicago

This game is certainly winnable, however, especially if the Hornets play with the same intensity early that we've seen in the fourth quarters of close games. It's easy to talk about, but difficult for a team to actually do. Because, y'know, energy. And peaks and valleys. That type of stuff.

The game tips off at 8 p.m., so grab your snacks and hop in front of a television. It's time for Hornets basketball, y'all.
