The Hornets hope to bounce back against the Blazers after a tough loss to the Bulls on Friday. Chat with us during the game!

The Charlotte Hornets (4-5) play the Portland Trail Blazers (4-6) this evening at Time Warner Cable Arena. It feels good to be home.

The Blazers are a not-so-great team that is likely overachieving at this point. The Hornets, on the other hand, are pretty much right where we thought they'd be: just below .500. Tonight's game is not only winnable, but it shouldn't be very hard. The Blazers lack talent, depth, and just about everything else an NBA team needs to succeed. They have some decent young pieces, but few are ready to contribute now. Outside of Damian Lillard, anyway.

On the bright side, we get to see former Hornets Gerald Henderson and Noah Vonleh tonight! Vonleh looked terrific in summer league, but he's only playing 12 minutes a night so far this season. The Blazers do have a bit of depth at the four, I guess.

Anyway, you know the deal. Hop in front of your TV and get comfortable. It's time for Hornets basketball!
