Jeremy Lamb could be in for a big night against Chicago this weekend

Lamb's numbers against the Bulls have been strong through in their first two meetings, making him a player to keep an eye on.

Daily fantasy players looking for a solid option this weekend for their FanDuel lineups should go with Jeremy Lamb. Lamb is having a breakout season with the Charlotte Hornets, averaging 12.8 points and 4.4 rebounds per game off the bench, which  has made him one of the most important players among Charlotte's bench players.

Lamb's hot start didn't feel all that sustainable early on, but 17 games in, Lamb's shooting percentage remains high at 51.2 percent, and he is shooting a solid 36.4 from behind the arc. For a player who costs only a little over $4,000, Lamb can fill a nice spot on your bench, or even in your starting lineup depending on how you construct it.

While he's a solid option on any night, he should be a lock for your lineup on Saturday when the Hornets take on the Chicago Bulls. In two games against Chicago this season, Lamb is averaging 17.5 points and 6.5 rebounds, shooting 58.3 percent from the field, and 40 percent from the 3-point line. He's also averaging more assists per game against Chicago (2.5) than any other team, which could provide a nice little bonus. Averaging 28.5 minutes against the Bulls, Lamb should see plenty of opportunities to continue his hot streak against them on Saturday.
