Charlotte Hornets vs Chicago Bulls gamethread

The Hornets face the Bulls in slugfest round 2.

Dennis Wierzbicki-USA TODAY Sports

An injured Hornets team takes on an injured Bulls team? Who will win? Nobody knows! Al Jefferson is out, but luckily for Hornets fans Charlotte has plenty of experience with that this season from an earlier injury he suffered this season. While it's a bummer to see Jefferson out at all it's always exciting to see Bismack Biyombo get some major minutes.

The Bulls will have Joakim Noah returning from injury and that'll obviously be a big plus for them. With Derrick Rose out for an extended period of time the Bulls will be looking to Noah to help their offense flow.

Despite all the injuries tonight should be an interesting matchup for playoff standings with the Hornets needing a win to keep up with the Miami Heat and Indiana Pacers, and the Bulls trying to tread water and keep a favorable seed for later rounds.

Sit down, have a drink, it's Friday night and lets chat Hornets!
