Hey guys, we've assembled a list of the top five Charlotte Hornets stories from this week. There's a lot to talk about, and we will have features on some of these stories over the next week.
- Kemba Walker defended Steve Clifford after Thursday's game. Clifford's been subject to a lot of undeserved criticism, and it's nice to see Walker having his back.
- The Hornets are campaigning for Michael Kidd-Gilchrist to win his first Defensive Player Of The Year award. The numbers don't lie: The Hornets are much better on the defensive end when MKG is on the floor. Let's hope he gets back soon.
- We have two Lance Stephenson stories to share with you this week. In the first, Stephenson says he doesn't regret signing with the Hornets. Make of that what you will.
- In the second, Steve Clifford came out and said he was the guy that pushed the Hornets to sign Stephenson. We heard rumblings about this earlier in the season, and with a couple of DNP-CDs under his belt, this whole thing feels really weird.
- And finally, the guys over at Hive Talk Live discussed what impact Kemba's injury had on the Hornets among other things. If you're a Hornets fan, you listen to Hive Talk Live twice a week.
