It's hard to say, but with only six games left on their schedule including tonight's game against the Miami Heat, it's not looking likely. The remaining five teams on the Hornets schedule sport a combined winning percentage of .570, well above the Hornets' current mark of .434. And with the Hornets currently sitting at the 11th spot in the Eastern Conference, it's going to be an uphill battle.
That isn't to say it's impossible. It's just not likely.
The Heat are still an excellent team, and one the Hornets cannot take lightly even with Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh not suiting up tonight. Luol Deng and Hassan Whiteside are also listed as questionable, but that shouldn't change the Hornets' attitude. They need this win.
