You wouldn't know it from recent history, but the power forward position has traditionally been a position of strength and star power for the Charlotte Hornets. Larry Johnson started the trend when he burst on to the scene in 1991, claiming awards, accolades, national sponsorships and greatest of all a cameo in Space Jam.
