The Charlotte Hornets take on the New York Knicks tonight in yet another national TV game for the Hornets. This one is on NBA TV however so while it's national TV it doesn't really count. Still, it's nice to see the Hornets get more exposure and hopefully like the last one they look good in the process. New York isn't a particularly good team so a win should be expected.
Here's what you need to know to tune in:
What: Hornets vs Knicks
When: Nov. 25, 2016 at 7:30 p.m.
Where: Madison Square Garden
TV: NBA TV
Radio: WFNZ 610 AM, WFNZ 102.5 FM
The Hornets are finally healthy again! Cody Zeller is back in the starting lineup and Jeremy Lamb appears to be back in action as well.
Here are tonight's projected starting lineups:
Hornets | Position | Knicks |
Kemba Walker | PG | Derrick Rose |
Nicolas Batum | SG | Courtney Lee |
Michael Kidd-Gilchrist | SF | Carmelo Anthony |
Marvin Williams | PF | Kristaps Porzingis |
Cody Zeller | C | Joakim Noah |
As always a handful of storylines to keep an eye on tonight are filled to the brim thanks to the Knicks being involved. Anthony is always a threat to drop a ton of points at any point and Porzingis is one of the rising stars in the NBA. Derrick Rose is still trying to get his groove back, and quite frankly that ship sailed away long ago. Yet he continues to play like he's still the superstar in Chicago.
For the Hornets, Courtney Lee revenge game? Probably not, but hey weirder things happen. Kemba Walker is in Madison Square Garden and considering his track record there, along with the incredible season he's having, this could be a fun night.
