The Charlotte Hornets (18-14) are back home taking on the Miami Heat (10-22) tonight. The Hornets are coming off a welcome win against the Orlando Magic last night and should have both the energy and momentum to nab their second win in a row. Last night's game was over pretty quickly.
Here's what you need to know to tune in:
What: Hornets vs Heat
When: Dec. 29, 2016 at 7 p.m.
Where: Spectrum Center, Charlotte, NC
TV: Fox Sports Southeast, NBA League Pass
Radio: WFNZ 610 AM, WFNZ 102.5 FM
Marco Belinelli is questionable for tonight. My guess is he doesn't play, but we'll see. For the Heat, Goran Dragic, Dion Waiters, and Josh McRoberts are out.
Here are tonight's projected starters.
Hornets | Position | Heat |
Kemba Walker | PG | Tyler Johnson |
Nicolas Batum | SG | Wayne Ellington |
Michael Kidd-Gilchrist | SF | Justise Winslow |
Marvin Williams | PF | James Johnson |
Cody Zeller | C | Hassan Whiteside |
If the Hornets can contain Whiteside, this should be an easy win. The Heat are bad and don't have much depth, especially with three rotation players out.
