Charlotte Hornets vs Indiana Pacers GameThread

Chat with us in the comments about tonight's game!

Thomas J. Russo-USA TODAY Sports

The Charlotte Hornets are playing their last game before the All-Star break against the Indiana Pacers tonight. Their next game isn't until Feb. 19, against the Milwaukee Bucks.

With not a single Hornet participating in All-Star Weekend, the Hornets have the luxury of going all-out against the Pacers tonight. The team's just about healthy — sans Al Jefferson, of course — and will have over a week to rest and recuperate. And, hopefully, get some practice time in.

It'll be interesting to see how head coach Steve Clifford balances maxing out his team and showing off potential trade chips tonight. Remember, the trade deadline is Feb. 18.

The Pacers are good but certainly beatable, especially if the Hornets' play over the last five games is legit and not a fluke. With Michael Kidd-Gilchrist, the Hornets are 4-1 this season.

But that's not why you're here. Grab your snacks and get to a TV, it's time for Hornets basketball!
