BREAKING: According to Adrian Wojnarowski the Hornets have acquired Courtney Lee from the Memphis Grizzlies in a three team deal that would send small forward P.J. Hairston to Memphis and reserve point guard Brian Roberts to the Miami Heat. We'll discuss our thoughts on the deal at 6 p.m. Listen live below.

That was just about everything I wanted out of an All-Star Weekend. Every event had a storyline. The NBA trimmed some of the fat (R.I.P Shooting Stars Challenge). And nearly every event, save for the actual All-Star game was packed with drama. Reports out of Toronto suggest the city planned well and, despite the freezing cold temperatures, did things right. In 2017 it will be Charlotte's turn to host the NBA's elite and all the celebrity that comes with it. We'll talk to someone who was knee deep in the 2016 All-Star coverage, Blake Murphy, freelance writer and Managing Editor of Raptors Republic about the experience and what Charlotte should prepare for in 2017.
