Charlotte Hornets vs Oklahoma City Thunder GameThread

The Hornets hope to stop a two-game skid with a win against the Thunder tonight. Come chat with other Hornets fans about tonight's game!

Jeremy Brevard-USA TODAY Sports

The Charlotte Hornets (19-16) are back at home tonight taking on the absolutely terrifying Oklahoma City Thunder (21-14). The Hornets lost their last two games -- one against the Cleveland Cavaliers, the other against the Chicago Bulls -- and have struggled mightily over the last few weeks.

Their defense hasn't just slipped. It's in a full-on free fall. The Hornets are giving up 108.5 points per 100 possessions over their last 10 games. That's a far cry from last season's mark of 101.8.

That makes tonight's game against the NBA's walking triple-double frightening as a Hornets fan. But hey, the Hornets have to get back on track at some point, right?

...right?
