The Charlotte Hornets (23-28) are finally back home taking on the Brooklyn Nets (9-42) tonight and hoping to recover from a brutal seven-game losing streak. Things have been rough for the Hornets, who currently sit in 9th in the Eastern Conference and seem to be slipping further and further out of contention.
Here's what you need to know to tune in:
What: Hornets vs Nets
When: Feb. 7, 2017 at 7 p.m.
Where: Spectrum Center, Charlotte, NC
TV: Fox Sports Southeast, NBA League Pass
Radio: WFNZ 610 AM, WFNZ 102.5 FM
Cody Zeller is listed as questionable, as has become the norm. Ramon Sessions is out indefinitely. For the Nets, Jeremy Lin, Caris LeVert, and Quincy Acy are out. I don't think the Hornets have actually played against Lin this season, which frankly is a disappointment. Oh well!
Here are tonight's projected starters:
Hornets | Position | Nets |
Kemba Walker | PG | Isaiah Whitehead |
Nicolas Batum | SG | Sean Kilpatrick |
Michael Kidd-Gilchrist | SF | Bojan Bogdanovic |
Marvin Williams | PF | Trevor Booker |
Frank Kaminsky | C | Brook Lopez |
