After facing a murderer’s row of opponents, the Hornets pay a visit to one of the league’s worst teams.

After big wins against the Celtics and Pacers, the Charlotte Hornets fell just a bit short in Oklahoma City against the Thunder. Now they’re in Atlanta to face a Hawks team that hasn’t won since November 3rd.

The Hawks have lost ten straight games, starting with a 113-102 loss to the Hornets in Charlotte. Rookie Trae Young has struggled mightily in recent weeks. Over the last six games, he’s connected on just one of his 25 3-point attempts and 27% of his attempts from the field. With his offensive struggles, the Hawks have failed to crack the century mark three times in that stretch.

This is a game the Hornets should win, and it’d be nice to get the starters a breather with a game against Milwaukee tomorrow.
