You’ll notice Arnoldas Kulboka, the Hornets 55th overall pick this past draft, is included on the roster. He was presumably selected as a draft-and-stash prospect with two seasons remaining on his current club contract overseas. Maybe he’s only participating in the mini-camp, or maybe he’s heading to Vegas as well, but he is a surprise inclusion given his status. We should learn more once camp starts, but it suggests the Hornets are interested in getting an extended look at him now before he heads back to Europe.
The Las Vegas Summer League kicks off for the Hornets on Friday, July 6th, where they will take on the Oklahoma City Thunder at 5:30 p.m. EST.
