Happy New Year’s Day everyone!
Today marks a period of optimism and hope as the new 2019 year brings a new realm of possibilities. A tradition has always been to create a list of resolutions to complete throughout the course of the year.
With that in mind, we wanted to once again give the fans of the Charlotte Hornets a chance to express their opinions on the site’s post, similar to our Thanksgiving piece. We have started a new initiative of bringing the Hornets community closer to this website, not just in the comment section. This is because we wouldn’t be able to do anything over on At The Hive without your guy’s interests for the team as well as the content we produce on a regular basis.
The question was asked on our Twitter page to come up with a resolution in 2019 for the Charlotte Hornets basketball team. These answers could range from specific goals for individual players to broad changes to the whole organization.
Here is what you, the At the Hive community thought:
Get five games over .500.

go out and get that dynamic tweener you've needed for like five seasons now

2. Lamb continues to glow.
Stay healthy and keep learning to win together. If they make any moves don’t let it hurt team chemistry.

Get the 6th seed in the East, make it to the second round of the playoffs

Win 50% of one-possession games.

I like the optimism on the last response.
If it can happen in NBA2K, you never know???
So happy New Years, Hornets fans! Enjoy your day of relaxation and preparation for another year of what very well will be exciting Charlotte basketball.
