FanPulse: Hornets fan confidence holds steady after an up and down week

New, comments

Hornets fans are optimistic about the direction of the team.

The Charlotte Hornets have had an eventful week. They lost at the buzzer to Ja Morant and the Grizzlies but responded with back-to-back last second winners against the Pistons and Knicks. This survey was sent out before the blowout loss to the Raptors but was closed after the game, so no way to know how that result has influenced fans yet.

But through it all, Hornets fans remain optimistic.

Roughly 80% of Hornets fans feel confident in the direction of the team.

On the flip side, it appears Malik Monk’s game winner at the buzzer completely crushed the spirit of the Pistons fan base.

The question for NBA teams as a whole was about surprisingly good teams. The Hornets didn’t make the cut as one of the answer choices, but it’s not likely they would’ve come to close to getting enough votes to topple the winner of this poll.
