The Charlotte Hornets are hosting their twelfth pre-draft workout on Thursday.

The participants:

  • Justin Wright-Foreman, Guard, Hofstra
  • Jordan Caroline, Forward, Nevada
  • William McDowell-White, Guard, Brose Bamberg (Germany)
  • Robert Franks Jr., Forward, Washington State
  • Travis Munnings, Forward, Louisiana-Monroe
  • Torin Dorn, Guard, NC State

The thing I find most notable about this group is the amount of letters I had to type to list them all out. Seriously. Two hyphenated last names and a hyphenated school? Washington State? A German team? There’s a lot going on there.

I say all that because I need to use words and none of these guys are draftable players as far as I can tell. The only one I know anything about is Torin Dorn because I was shooting around in a gym where he was playing pickup ball one time. He was pretty good.
