For anyone that can’t see the Tweet, here’s the schedule:
- October 6th, 6:00 p.m., at Boston Celtics
- October 9th, 7:30 p.m., vs. Miami Heat
- October 11th, 7:30 p.m., vs. Philadelphia 76ers (in Winston Salem)
- October 14th, 8:00 p.m., at Memphis Grizzlies
- October 16th, 7:00 p.m., vs. Detroit Pistons
The games against the 76ers and the Pistons will be broadcast on Fox Sports Southeast. The other games will only be available via the radio on WFNZ.
It’s kinda mean that the Hornets would agree to play the Celtics for their first preseason game. We won’t get to see a single minute of the new look Hornets before being reminded that Kemba Walker is playing for the bad guys now. At least it’s not readily available on television, so you can choose to avoid that game should you so desire.
We officially have just 66 days until Hornets (preseason) basketball. Mark your calendars.
