Hornets officially announce new partners in ownership group

This was reported a couple weeks ago, but it wasn’t made official until a few days ago. The Hornets released their official statement in the link above.

Hornets unveil new visual theme for 2019-20 season

Here’s the breakdown of the theme. The AllFly phrase is a little cheesy, but the branding is solid. And I think that theme has the potential to be a part of some really nice City uniforms if the team elects to go that route.

Willy Hernangomez is changing his number

The Hornets big man will be switching from number 41 to number 9 to honor his mother.

Hornets announce 20-man training camp roster

No real surprises. All players are either returning from last season or have been announced in the months leading up to camp. Second round draft pick Jalen McDaniels is a notable omission though.

Greensboro Swarm acquire former UNC standout Joel Berry

The Swarm traded a second round pick to bring Berry back to his old stomping grounds.
