We don’t have any specifics on the deal, but I’m assuming it’s another one of those Exhibit 10 contracts that will have Sneed in camp with the Hornets before he gets sent on his way to the Greensboro Swarm.
As for Sneed the player, he can shoot the ball. Whether or not the ball goes in after he shoots it is a different matter. He shot a very high rate of 3-pointers during his career at Kansas State, but only hit 33.4% of them.
That said, you can see why the Hornets thought highly enough to bring him into camp. His shot form is picturesque, and he was one of the top performers in one of the shooting drills at the G League equivalent of the combine. He’s got some bounce and defensive potential as well.
