I’d be remiss if we went any further without me acknowledging the At The Hive college basketball showdown. My (Jonathan’s) Charlotte 49ers took on Chase’s Maine Black Bears in both teams’ season openers. My Niners came out with the convincing victory. I’ll hold the trophy til next year.

Anyway, the Hornets will try to keep the Charlotte basketball win streak alive tonight in a game that should have a lot of points and probably a fair amount of antics. Let’s enjoy.
